Nova Scotia bankruptcy Q&A forum

Question:

I filed for personal bankruptcy a couple of years ago, just before that my child was diagnosed with a Disability by a doctor and I received retro funds from Child Tax and the trustee took it all, is that right? I didn't think they could seize Child Tax Benefits?
